Orders
Orders can be made by online, or by phone, fax, email or post. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.
We attempt to send orders within five working days. However, this can take longer when stocks are low, so please allow up to 28 days (except in cases where a next day delivery has been arranged).
Postage
First class postage will normally be used. A next day delivery service can normally be arranged (subject to stock availability) for an additional charge of £3.50. Where part orders are delayed, no postal charge will be made for follow-up deliveries.
Gift Wrapping
All orders can be gift wrapped (see our Gift Ideas section) and sent with a personal message.
Satisfaction
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return goods within 30 days (undamaged, unwashed and unworn) for a refund or exchange.
Every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible. In some cases slight colour variations may occur through the colour reproduction process.
